Do I need a gym membership to train with you?
Yes, since sessions take place within BANES you’ll need an active membership with the gym to access it. Membership fees are separate from personal training costs. Alternatively you could book pay as you go sessions by using a day pass for the gym.
How do I book a session?

What should I bring to a session?
Just bring a water bottle, comfortable gym clothes, and a positive mindset! I’ll guide you through everything else you need.
I’m completely new to training — is that okay?
Absolutely. I work with all levels, and I’ll meet you where you’re at. Whether you’ve never stepped in a gym or just feel unsure where to start, I’ll make sure you feel confident and supported.
How long until I see results?
It depends on your goals, consistency, and starting point. Most clients start feeling stronger and more confident within a few weeks, and noticeable physical changes often follow in 6–12 weeks with consistent effort.
