About Us

Our Story

TH Fitness started with me — Tyler Hunt, a personal trainer from Radstock, Somerset.

I’ve been training since I was 14. Like most people getting into the gym young, I made plenty of mistakes along the way. Motivation dropped, progress stalled, and for a long time it felt like everyone in fitness was selling a different “must-do” method. It was hard to know what was worth listening to and what was just noise.

Over the years, through a lot of trial and error and learning things the hard way, I figured out what genuinely works and what doesn’t. Not shortcuts. Not hype. Just consistent training done properly.

After qualifying at Level 2 and Level 3 through Origym/CIMSPA, I started TH Fitness to help other people avoid the confusion, bad advice, and supplement obsession that’s taken over the industry. This isn’t about fake transformations or quick wins — it’s about real results built over time.

Our Values

1. Authenticity

I believe in being real and honest. No gimmicks, no fake promises  just straightforward coaching based on experience and science.

2. Sustainability

Fitness isn’t about quick fixes or extreme measures. I focus on progress you can maintain for life, balancing strength, health, and wellbeing without it controlling your life.

3. Individuality

Every person is unique. I tailor training plans that fit your lifestyle, goals, and preferences, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

4. Education

I try to help you understand the science and principles behind my programs and why they work, helping you make smarter decisions on your fitness journey.

5. Support

Your goals matter. I'm here to guide, motivate, and cheer you on every step of the way, no judgment, just encouragement.

Our Mission

At thfitness, my mission is simple:

To help people achieve real results, through natural, science-based training.

I believe the gym should improve your life, not control it. No extreme diets, no unnecessary supplements, and no unrealistic expectations. Just clear coaching, proper training, and a focus on long-term progress.

Whether you’re new to the gym or stuck in a plateau, I'm here to help you train smarter, feel stronger, and build confidence that lasts.

About Me

Hey, I’m Tyler, a personal trainer based in Radstock, working across the BANES area.

I’ve been training since I was about 14, originally inspired by my older brother and a genuine interest in seeing what my body was capable of. Like most people, I’ve had periods where motivation dropped, progress slowed, and training felt frustrating. Through a lot of trial and error (and sticking at it), I learned what actually works — and that’s exactly what I now help others with.

I’m Level 2 and Level 3 qualified through Origym/CIMSPA. My coaching is simple, practical, and based on real experience as well as proper training principles. I mainly help people build strength and muscle naturally, but I don’t ignore cardio, mobility, or general fitness. Most people don’t need extremes — they need something they can stick to.

I don’t believe training should take over your life. You shouldn’t have to live in the gym or rely on loads of supplements to feel stronger and more confident. Training should fit around work, family, and everything else going on.

It doesn't matter if it's your first time at they gym or you have years of experience, I am here to guide you safely and effectively, allowing you to meet your training goals. My focus is always on doing things properly, safely, and in a way that actually lasts.

When I’m not in the gym, I’m usually rock climbing, watching TV, or gaming to switch off. Fitness is important to me, but balance matters.
